Well, July is halfway over and I've got tons to blog about. I'll start with the 4th of July.
Every year, my parents host a party at their home. The 4th of July just happens to be their anniversary. This year, it was their 34th anniversary.
For one of my dishes, I brought dirt.
Allyson helped me make it. It was your typical dirt recipe, but I actually found chocolate rocks at Wal-Mart. The little trowel came in a happy meal from Chick-Fil-A, I think. I lined the flower pot with a slow-cooker liner. It was a hit. We arrived an hour after everyone ate, but it got "dug up".

I'm so glad you have a new post--and another one one the way. Your 4th pics are so pretty. Love all the colors.
Looks like you guys had a great 4th. You all look great in your red white and blue! I bet Mike's fireworks were great!
We had such a great time at your parents' house. Love the pic of you and Abigail. Can't wait to see the pics from your cruise.
